Catering for WeddingsWhen your nose catches a whiff of a steak sizzling over a mesquite fire you know two things: You are in Texas and you are about to eat a fabulous steak. That smell will lead you to the best steak in the Panhandle as proclaimed by the award River Breaks Ranch received in 2009 from the Texas ______________. At River Breaks all of the meat is cooked outdoors over an open fire giving that unique flavor that is often attempted by others, but perfected by River Breaks. Steaks are just the
beginning. Our menu includes entrees such as maple syrup glazed smoked salmon, cuatro rubbed brisket, whole orange glazed roasted pig (with the obligatory apple in its mouth), and mesquite grilled fajitas that will make you say “Ole” as well as an array of mouth watering appetizers. Number of Rooms and DeminsionsRiver Breaks Ranch offers the most unique wedding venue in the entire Texas panhandle. As you walk into our magnificent facility you will enter the 2,000 square foot screened in porch. The porch is wrapped in native rock waist high. This is often the setting for a great band to dance the night away. Once your guests enter the main hall they will be mesmerized by stained concrete floors, and western art hanging on the walls museum style. The gorgeous main room can seat up to 180 guests banquette style. Just out the back doors, of the main room, is the most magical location at ‘River Breaks. Outside those doors you will find our 4,000 square foot flagstone deck. Just off this deck you will see the ranch’s famous Spanish skirts. Be sure to stick around to view one of the world famous Panhandle sunsets from our deck.
